MAIN KITCHEN

Main Kitchen (w/Cook Line)

Off Hour Usage 10pm - 4am.  =  $15/hr  $25/hr

**If you use 20 hrs or more a month price per hr is less  =   $21/hr

Anchor Tenants

Our anchor tenants have customizable plans and hours.  They will also have dedicated kitchen space for storage and machinery. 


Pricing starts @ $1000/month 

Cheap Off-Hour Usage

Using Kitchen hours between 12:00pm - 4:00am is $15/hr

Storage

Our storage dimensions are 2X2X2 units in our refrigerator, freezers and dry storage.  You are welcome to more storage, and pricing is based on this model.


Dry Storage     2X2X2      =  $15/month

Cold Storage   2X2X2      =  $30/month

Entire Kitchen Rental (Caterers & Special Events) + Ability to Rent Dining Area or Red Dining Bus

You are welcome to rent out our facility for special events or catering gigs. 

Facility Rental.   =  $100/hr 

Dining Area        =   $50 - $75/hr  w/ kitchen use   

Red Dining Bus  =   $50 - $75/hr  + cleaning fee

What you will need to get started

Other Need to Know Information:

Insurance

You will need a certificate of insurance showing a minimum $1,000,000 commercial general liability insurance with TheCoKitchen listed as an additional insured.  This policy must be maintained for the duration of any and all kitchen use.


Permits & Certifications You Will Need

Food Manager's Certification

Businesses/Owners/Managers must have at least one employee who has a Food Manager's Certification.  This is required by the City of San Marcos. 

Food Handler's Certification

If you have a Food Manager's Certification you DO NOT need a Food Handler's Certification.  Each employee of your food business must have a Food Handler's Certificate per the City of San Marcos. 

Application for a Food Enterprise Permit

This permit is issued by the San Marcos Health Department and is mandatory for operating a food-related business.  We must receive a copy of this permit! You MUST have an agreement with us BEFORE you apply for this permit with the City of San Marcos.  The application is on the City of San Marcos Environmental Health website. (www.sanmarcostx.gov).
